Centum shares are undervalued however unless we see a drop in debt levels and a corresponding increase in revenue from mature projects the stock will suffer.I agree,at Ksh 38 one can acquire and accumulate the stock and hold for long term,i believe the current rally in the stock can be attributed to a strong balance sheet together with an increasing asset position that promises strong revenues,profits and dividend yields in the long term.
