Its a possibility for stock price to go to 0. first the company may be delisted and second i dont think there' specific regulation for that most probably company assets are sold off and proceeds pay off creditors first before anyone takes haircuts; given its total outstanding shares of 1.5b and price of 1.05 EV=1.5b with debt of 11b bad!!
second scenario consider investors holding long and short positions in the stock. the long position returns -100% as the stock loose everything while short position returns +100% as the investor cannot buy back the borrowed stock at 0 price..
