I have nor received my dividends this year 2024

Who has been able to reach the Abacus team? they used to be very responsive before but now I can't reach them on email or phone to follow up on my dividends.

I have also heard complaints of people being unable to make withdrawals from the platform. I am worried

I have.
Also, I have also not received my last dividend.
They said they are working on a bigger better platform, by June.
I highly urged their Comms to investors, even if they could break their changes via a single email that we can respond to.
The App also is not on Playstore or App store, so only on boarded members have access.
They said when they relaunch, already members will enjoy the benefit of the financial tool they are hard at work to build.

@NjeruWilfred, Good to know they are working on something. However, I think they can do better with communication as you said. Unless they dont care much about their brand nor their customers experience.

Looking very suspicious. No serious institution would collapse its system before transition is complete. Apparently the current system aptly takes deposits but can't initiate purchases, while withdrawals take very long.

Facing the same issue here. I had I&M shares and the counter seems to have disappeared from the platform. It's a massive disappointment since I now can't trade the shares and they have turned completely unresponsive

They said their website is the only viable platforms to trade from, at the moment.
I have not traded on it, so I cannot confirm this.

I ended up calling Genghis Capital, since Abacus is listed as their agent and they proved to be quite helpful in my quest to sell shares. The number given by Wilfred also really helped. I got to speak with the CEO who revealed they are working on updating the platform. Hopefully they get to improve Abacus and their communication.
