From my experience on Abacus, whether your order gets filled depends on how competitive it is on the market. i.e. if you are buying at a price that is attractive to sellers it will get bought quickly. If you are selling at a price that is attractive to buyers you will sell fast. Abacus doesn't control how fast you sell/buy. If your order is bought/sold Abacus processes the transaction immediately, they are very efficient. Same for withdrawing your funds, it's done immediately
