Cytonn Investments launched Cytonn Project Notes on 18th October 2016. The note offers 20% p.a (guaranteed) return for investors. Cash raised through the Note will be used to fund their real estate projects. However, the minimum amount to invest is Kshs 1 million vested for 3 years.
