So far there are a selected few (companies) that are generating financial returns and are yet undervalued by their historic and industrial valuations, having made the appropriate analysis and projections, it would be advisable to invest in such companies at a lower price to benefit form the required RoI to beat the market and more so the 10y Govt Bond. However, even though they do project a desirable valuation, they could fall in prices even further yeilding a far better RoI. These are the stocks I would invest in if KES 100,000 were available for speculative/short-term investments.
