Real estate business. Buy a parcel of land rent it out for commercial purposes ,get commission and when the value of the land has risen considerably i sell the land. i then use part of the money to buy more company shares.

Invest in five companies
Three of the five are companies that pay dividends so, Safaricom, KCB and Equity.
The other company for long term purposes is Centum. The growth projections and value for its share show a promising future.
The last company will be Marshalls EA. The company has shown a steady increase in value of stocks over the years.

Having these 5 companies in a portfolio makes it possible to trade and hold for long term purposes. Additionally, the dividend generating shares are an additional source of income.
