Guyo that's superb but you have to be risk adverse, unlike calvo who is playing safe in the government securities however as u said the returns will be very small or minimal.
For me i would invest in different index in the market for example in the commercial sectors, a little bit of agricultural sector, financials sector- banking and lastly the insurance sector. how ever. for a start 100k Is too little for market diversification. so i will look into equity building.
